Beginners Classes

If you’ve had no previous experience with Pilates then this is perfect for you. The classes are a great introduction to basic core muscle activation and strengthening exercises.

Beginner One Classes

A slightly more challenging group session for individuals who have completed at least one term of Pilates recently and have good control and ability to contract their core muscles.

Intermediate Classes

A more advanced and challenging class for individuals who have good control and strength in the core muscles, and have probably completed two terms of Pilates.

Intermediate One Classes

Perfect for those who are working toward mastering more advanced Pilates exercises.

Tummy Toners

A one hour Pilates class aimed at toning the stomach, hips and thighs, strengthening the core, improving spinal movement, posture and flexibility. Great for all levels of strength and abilities, and great fun.
